In a short period of time, Patrick has proven to be a dynamite leasing agent and is eager to take on more. Patrick successfully completed the Senior Leasing Career path Q1 of 2022 and completed the Leasing Coordinator Q3 of the same year. During 2022 Patrick assisted at several different communities including Estancia, Amber & Auburn, Park at 3Eighty, Reveal Lakeridge, and most recently during the takeover at SOHO. Patrick has cultivated and trained new employees at all these communities, assisting in educating others in successful queue management, and has been very proactive in audits to find any errors. He was nominated several times for the B! A Teacher Award for the 2022 RESI, only losing by 1 vote. During June of 2022, I chose to remove 1 leasing position at BMD and Patrick has been the sole leasing consultant since then. He has never complained about this decision. Instead, he saw the opportunity in the change and ensured BMD's performance did not falter as a result. Patrick toured 196 prospects and grossed 119 leases (61%), or a net of 87 ( 44%). Patrick won the Leasing Award for the RESI's in 2021. BMD is one of the few communities in the DFW area with a strong social media presence. This is solely due to Patrick's dedication and understanding of the importance of social media. Patrick is multifaceted and successfully achieves what goals he puts in place. He is responsive, attentive, and really does everything he can to go above and beyond to make sure his tenants are comfortable. Anyone who has lived in multiple apartment communities knows that the management staff absolutely makes or breaks you’re living experience, and I’m so glad I moved into a community with such a welcoming staff!•You may be wondering why Patrick has so many positive reviews on here… well- that’s because he deserves them! We had a crisis with the most recent freeze in our last place with our landlords being horrible and we had to leave quick as we had a baby and couldn’t live without running water. We told Patrick our predicament- and he worked so hard and so quickly to help us- and eventually we were approved the same day! What a relief! We’ve been here a few months now and have no complaints! Everyone in the front office is so nice and helpful, and Patrick responds to questions so quickly!
