Leading the Helpdesk India operations (8 Member Team) of FACT ERP Accounting Package wherein customers, pan India, are supported to get their techno-functional bugs resolved, have their queries addressed and training is imparted depending on user need(s) as well as new releases.2. To address diverse issues, being the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Lead, as reported from various regions (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, UAE and Nepal) before escalating to R&D Team for subsequent action.3. This also includes adhering to SLA timelines in responding back to regions on status updates.4. Co-ordinating with R&D, Testing and Sales Teams while maintaining regular communication with senior Stakeholders of other departments (Like Head-R&D, Head-Testing, Head-Sales) to ensure smooth deliverables as per SLA & emphasising on User satisfaction.5. GDC also had the additional responsibility of implementing FACT for customers. This involved leading a 3-member implementation team for handling 25+ active projects with defined deliverytimeline of 30 days.6. Hands-on experience on installation of FACT along with SQL installation and relevant upgrades7. Opportunity generation, as a Profit Centre, by encouraging existing clients (Support/Implementation)to explore unused features, already available in the ERP Package, and prodding them to identify hitherto unidentified facets for maximising customisation requests.8.
