  As a senior software engineer I was involved in the core development as well as customization of Medical Information Warehouse. Developed in ASP.NET & SQL Server, Medical Information Warehouse is a product of ANS Consulting which is issued to different doctors on the basis of monthly license. Major purpose of this application was to enable doctors to generate medical claims and send it to respective insurance companies. There are three major categories of insurance companies in United States (Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial) each of which accepts a medical claim in a particular file format. This file is based on visits by patient. Therefore Medical Information Warehouse stores each visit and generates its billing file in an acceptable format. In addition to this Medical Information Warehouse also has a Scheduling system which keeps track of appointments to the doctor. Different types of analysis and day to day reports are also included in Medical Information Warehouse. In addition to it I was also involved in two customized projects of Case Management System and Enterprise Resource Planner. Show less
