      As a chief resident I served as a physician liaison between the resident staff and the attending faculty. I was a resident advocate and promoted their interests in conjunction with program needs. I worked closely with the Internal Medicine Program Director, particularly in coordinating resident orientation, academic conferences, and resident schedules.

      Under the guidance of our notable faculty, I have become adept at managing widely diverse clinical problems including: rhinitis and sinusitis, atopic dermatitis, urticaria and angioedema, venom and drug hypersensitivity, food allergy as well as immune deficiencies representing humoral, cellular, combined immunodeficiency, and phagocytic disorders.
