      Quickly progressed from admin assistant as my first role after graduation and was asked to join the Council Tax team. Daily tasks involved the management of customer accounts by telephone and email, resolution of debt issues, calculation of balances and processing of direct debits. In addition, I often helped within the Revenue Collection department and handled Housing & Council Tax Benefit claims to cover regular periods of annual leave.
