      Graco is an international manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, headquartered in Minneapolis, with revenues exceeding $400M. As Factory Manager, I held responsibility for Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production Control, Fiscal Management, and Production Supervision. Oversaw successful ISO 9001 Certification – one of the first companies in Minnesota to become certified. Improved customer service by reducing backorders from an average of six days to less than 24 hours and controlled costs by reducing inventory by 50% in two years while business grew 30%. As Manager of Manufacturing Planning and Administration, I operated as Manufacturing Controller and served as a key advisor to the Vice President of Manufacturing. Coordinated the planning and budgeting process for manufacturing and reviewed all manufacturing capital expenditure proposals. In this role, I directed the manufacturing operations of the organization during the aggressive introduction and launch of the household products line, which contributed to sales exploding from $10M to $80M on an annualized basis.
