      Within Deal Advisory, I was part of developing the Separation & Integration team which focuses on the preparation and implementation of carve-outs and the integration of businesses or business units. I managed carve-out assessments for multiple, international clients.Selected projects included: - Prepared carve-out financials and analyzed operational implications for the carve-out of Athlon from DLL (Rabobank). Designed standalone organization and assessed cost adjustments driven by organizational changes and (dis)-synergies. After signing with Daimler, assisted in project management and the preparation of service delivery models, transitional service agreements and Day 1 action plans.- Ran project management office for the acquisition of Vanderlande by Toyota. Coordinated workstream reporting and prepared final presentation to Toyota board for key purchasing considerations identified across workstreams.- Managed standalone assessment of a business unit of a global healthcare company. Identified key separation considerations and their financial impact across multiple workstreams through incremental standalone cost analysis.
