I effectively managed classrooms of diverse learners in a period of transition. I kept meticulous records so classes could be assumed seamlessly by the new teacher on little-to-no advance notice. Math was not my concentration in my undergraduate degree, so it was my responsibility to develop on my own a plan to succeed, lead, and execute.
