      1. Implement the recruitment and selection process line with the set human resources policies and procedures 2. Train and develop, through identifying staff training needs, design and management of the annual training plan, budget, implementation of the training programme3. Undertake skills audit of all staff within the company. 4. Implement the performance management system (PMS), through supporting and monitoring of the performance appraisal process, preparation of overall staff performance reports 5. Rewards management, administer staff payroll, allowance, benefits (medical, life insurance), and distribution of pay slips to all staff in accordance with the compensation and benefit policy 6. Maintain the company records, though ensuring proper filling, arrangement, storage and provision of records 7. Fleet management, allocate and monitor the movement and maintenance of company fleet in accordance with the fleet management policy and guidelines 8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, through coordination of the cleaning activities, arrangement of working setup, presence of fire management systems 9. Monitor distribution utilization of office materials and equipment 10. Prepare administrative, human resource reports on a weekly and monthly basis11.
