      I was engaged as part of a team to enable the turn round of the business which had fallen behind customer expectations and deliveries. I managed the assembly area of the business which supplied rear headlights for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini and Aston Martin. An average of 6 weeks in arrears with all customers and heavy ongoing schedules, this was a challenge. Working closely with, motivating and supporting the assembly staff ,the business was transformed to completing customer deliveries on time without arrears. An enjoyable journey. Show less
