      Working as part of a specialist internal consultancy team to deliver organisation design programmes nationwide. My primary role is to ensure reorganisation projects are expedited effectively minimising business risk with regards financial and reputational impact. I have implemented transitional and transformational change programmes to maxmise organisational agility. My involvement begins at scoping out the optimum 'Operating Model' then planning and delivering OD programmes from intitial briefings right through to re-engagement and dismissal. My duries included putting forward timely people solutions and guidance to managers and employee's that were inline with best practice and up to date legal requirements. I worked closely with my partners to review and analyse absence data and implement appropraite action plans to resolve problematic absence. I had a demonstrable reputation for reducing long and short term absence. I supported the HR management team in the management and governance and development of employee terms and conditions. I worked with my partners and stakeholders to deliver key projects always to the prescribed timeframe and within budgetary requirements. I had an innovative apoproach and would regularly be required to come up with recommendations for new ways of working or ways in which existing practises can be improved.
