  Job Description Manage over all store & warehouse at project site.  Implementation the company SOP in department.  Implementation QHSE SOP in department to avoid any mishap & incident.  Prepare the stock level reports like Maximum,Minimum,Reorder level, to avoid any over stock or shortage ofmaterial at site.  Coordinate with other projects site for maximum available material from his project site to our project site tominimize our fresh purchasing to save the project budget cost.  Coordinate with site execution & office team related to project for arrange material on time and further utilizeat site.  Coordinate with head office procurement & logistic team for timely material purchase & dispatch at site.  Ensure to follow the company procedure for material receive,inspection process and further GRN proceeding.  Prepare the DMRR report for material receiving at site on daily basis and forward to concern person forinformation & further use at site.  Make sure material issue on FIFO method from store /Warehouse.  Lead the SAP/ERP at site & ensure to implement and run SAP/ERP properly.  Insure to proceed all document on time as per company procedure.  Assign the duties to sub ordinate & make follow up.  Layout the store building & yard area for maximum utilize space & can stack material in proper way.  Scrap material lots preparation & forward for further proceeding to head office & further make sure materiallift after sale out as per company policy.  Face the audit 4 time in a year as per company policy.
