  Working in collaboration with Client to optimize the project value by delivering extensive engineering support through multiple optimization initiatives :1. Deploying fit for purpose drilling technology to improve drilling performance & efficiency.2. Engineering study on well by well basis to identify room for improvement & continuously building learning curve, including but not limited to : a. Post-mortem analysis for drilling problems & formulate recommendations for improvement (poor hole cleaning, high surface torque, bit balling, high shock & vibration, BHA steering capability). b. Safe drilling assurance in heavy anti-collision drilling environtment.3. Developing new best practice, work process & directional tool operational envelope. Working in a high pressure environment with very demanding marginal operation in which any little non-productive time would make the project becoming not profitable for the Client.Maintaining the KPIs to remain at top level & obtaining Client's trust in return.Mastering day to day basic drilling engineering tasks & well design process, managing a local drilling engineering team and ensure the understanding & implementation of Company's service quality & HSE culture.Internally committed to the development of the engineering knowledge & being recognized for various contributions on internal symposium events & SQ awards.Delivering public lecture to College students to have a better picture of oil & gas industry.
