Since 2009, Bia has served as an MBA instructor at ESPM, imparting knowledge in various master's programs, including behavior and consumer sciences, customer experience management, and intelligence and omnichannel retail management.Between 2019 and 2021, Bia dedicated over 500 hours to teaching at the institution, impacting a significant number of students. Her courses delved into the intricacies of in-store consumer behavior, shopper marketing, and the overall in-store experience.
