      • Oversaw all aspects of education and outreach programming, including the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of all instructors, teaching artists, and staff, as well as manage the budget for these programs. • Created the Summer High School Studio Art Intensive, a rigorous, in-depth studio art experience for area teens that consists of studio classes, art history discussions, site visits, portfolio reviews, open studio time with visiting artists and curators, and a culminating exhibition at Art League Houston. • Forged new partnerships with the Houston Chapter of the MS Society and the Montrose Center, while expanded exhibition opportunities in the community for Healing Art, a weekly art-making program for adults with chronic illnesses and physical disabilities. • Through the ArtBound! In-School Artist Residency Program, worked with principals to establish partnerships with Houston Independent School District (HISD) Title-1 elementary schools with little or no access to visual arts education. This resulted in relationships with nine schools (104 classrooms) and connected over 2,500 students in 2nd through 5th grade to arts-integrated curriculum.• Oversaw all aspects of the Art League School, from setting student registration and enrollment goals to payroll to the production of all marketing collateral. Increased enrollment from an average of 200 students per quarter to 350 students and expanded class offerings by 40% by hiring new instructors, establishing professional development opportunities for instructors, and expanding to an online registration system.
