      Initially undertook 2 weeks’ work experience in August 2011 but has since taken part in placements during term holidays.● Playing a key role at a large global company, Unilever. This involved working alongside the IT Manager setting up database, and producing data and statistics using excel.● Experience working with Python and Java, and continue to develop skills through degree course.● Experience of running programmes to the offshore office in India, checking programmes and software ready for use in the Indian office. ● Worked in close conjunction with the IT Manager on projects, attending meetings to plan and develop new programmes, and helping set up action plans for projects● Producing KPIs for managers and setting up complex formulas for spreadsheets.● Strong ability to problem solve and analyse data and processes, which has enabled me to streamline some procedures.● Assisting with mapping queries to find out why data is not feeding down to IT systems correctly.● identify and resolve issues from mismatch reports and reconcile data in the neccassary system.● Active tracking of issues and management of stakeholders’ expectations.● Playing a crucial role in conducting UAT.
