I thrive on a challenge, working within and leading teams.As a qualified Officer of the Day, I am regularly in sole charge of a submarine alongside, taking responsibility for nuclear safety and leading a team of 18 to ensure the safety and security of all personnel onboard.As a Divisional Officer I manage a division of personnel and their career progression including writing annual appraisals for promotion boards and ensuring they perform to the best of their ability on a day-to-day basis.
