  I managed projects such as NemID and Digital Signature involving a vast number of stakeholders including member banks, government representatives and internal stakeholders.All projects were run as SCRUM projects abiding to agile methodologies with either Danish team members or a combination of Indian team members working remotely and Danish team members.Apart from running projects I was also team lead for a team responsible for netbanking security. Feeling strongly for agile ways of working I spent a year mentoring other project managers and helping them run projects in an agile way. I facilitated scrum events, workshops etc. in their projects. As a Java developer I was working on projects within internet banking security.

  Headed teams of talented people dedicated to delivering the best frontend solutions for TV 2 PLAY as a part of an agile organization planning each quarters efforts at PI increment events and planning sprints every fortnight.We were responsible for the main TV 2 PLAY web site including content site, checkout flow, landing pages and login security. We were also responsible for our Smart TV solutions on Samsung and platforms. Everything was developed in-house by our developers and backed by QAs, SREs, product owners, testers and scrum masters - and in collaboration with the other teams behind TV 2 PLAY.Development abided to agile methodologies with SCRUM teams organized as development teams and product teams.
