Oracle self service ebilling is java enterprise application being used for web self-care .My primary task is to customize this product to suit requirement specification and integrate with various other applications like IDAM (SSO), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) etc has been done through SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) middleware like ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and Oracle PIPs.
