Apr 1995 - Apr 2025I oversaw all aspects of HR including staffing allocation, employee relations and training and development for 284 employees. In addition, I led a team of 7 managers who directed the maintenance production, logistics and quality and safety oversight for $271M in equipment and assets, 61 facilities and a 62-vehicle fleet. Beginning November of 2024, I am available for a SkillBridge opportunity.➟ Guiding a 2-year career path and succession planning program, I mitigated staffing shortages at all organizational levels, from entry-level to leaders. ➟ Ensuring the on-time implementation of the new USAF staffing model, I created a training program and realigned 250 employees.➟ While providing oversight for leadership development and mentorship programs, I used a personalized approach that helped each employee set goals, learn and grow.➟ Prioritizing process improvement initiatives, I educated 115 leaders on how to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make informed decisions based on data. ➟ Employee satisfaction rates increased 37% after I created new communication programs that addressed issues from annual climate surveys. Show less I oversaw recruiting, staffing allocation and candidate placement programs for 10,500 employees across the USAF. In addition to developing HR policy, I also created career paths and determined training objectives that identified required skills for placement or promotion. ➟ I created staffing allocation and training plans for the 5th largest career field in the USAF. The 2-year strategic succession plans I developed directly impacted 9K+ employees and 650+ senior managers. ➟ While leading the transition from task-based to competency-based performance evaluations, I built a rubric that standardized the way leaders assessed their teams. ➟ When I led the design of the leadership training curriculum, I identified 40+ training objectives for the 40-hour course that improved communication and critical thinking for 60 future leaders. ➟ Overseeing talent acquisition, I sourced, screened, hired and onboarded candidates at every level. I used the equivalent of Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to track candidates. After auditing 2,500 records, I identified and corrected 75 issues. ➟ I played a key role in the inventory management system replacement project by managing pilot tests and change management, training and implementation plans. ➟ Serving as project manager for a $596K data migration project, I led a team that resolved 300-500 weekly issues and completed the project earlier than scheduled. Show less I directed a team of 15 senior leaders who created policies, procedures, staffing plans and training programs for an organization with 7,100 employees at 53 global locations. ➟ Overseeing talent management, I created and implemented HR staffing allocation, recruiting and training strategies for all 7,100 employees at multiple organizational levels and specialties. ➟ After conducting a capability and gap analysis, I identified and validated the need for 176 additional positions. I introduced a plan that not only successfully recruited, placed and onboarded all new employees across 53 locations but also resulted in a 12% increase in organizational effectiveness.➟ I finalized a staffing assessment that identified and corrected a 10% staffing shortage. I developed an algorithm that calculated career field requirements at each site.➟ To ensure new programs were successfully adopted, I created project plans, outlined logistics support frameworks, developed resource budgets and established roll-out plans. ➟ I led a project that revised the inventory control course. I established objectives, oversaw curriculum design and directed the program implementation. ➟ Prioritizing employee safety, I directed a multi-tiered hazard reduction program that improved operational readiness and reduced explosive risks for 355K+ employees and local residents.
