  1. Prepares monthly reports on incidents, accidents and non-conformance etc to the Service Manager, Country Manager and QHSE International Coordinator. Reports are accurate and complete. 2. Coordinate and participate in the accident/near miss investigations 3. Conducts daily HSE meetings with the team. 4.
