Digitally archiving decades of physical documents was just one part of my job at the Registrar's Office. These documents had to be organized in a very specific way that could sometimes be confusing, so I created detailed work instructions for coworkers to use which dramatically cut down on the time it took to prepare each packet. I also trained new employees on how to use the archiving system and provided leadership and decision making to resolve any issues.Skills Utilized:Leadership, Time Management, Organization Show less

Working in the spine biomechanics lab at Moffitt was an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Not only was it the first place where I started to get new product design experience, but I was also given the freedom to take a project from idea conception, perform efficacy testing on the final product, and then share the results of these tests with other like-minded scientists and engineers from around the world to help in their own research.Skills Utilized:SolidWorks, 3D Printing, Cadaveric Dissections, Biomechanical Testing, Fluoroscopic Imaging, Biostatistics, Authoring Peer Reviewed Publications Show less
