      As the Strategy & Operations Lead for the Customer Solution Centers, I focus on critical Strategy, Operations and Communication initiatives that enable us to support our customers effectively and to continue to evolve our capabilities and value. My current responsibilities include: * Leading our global Operations team to drive priority programs, process improvement and global best practice sharing.* Partnering with stakeholders across Sales and Presales to identify new opportunities to impact our customers and partners. * Developing insights based on customer feedback and engagement data analytics, share with stakeholders across Sales and Presales and partners including our Chief Customer Office.* Working with global teams (Communications, Marketing, Learning & Enablement) to increase awareness of the CSCs through strategic communications, event presence and sales training.* Collaborating with peers in the Enterprise Presales Team to support cross-functional projects in support of sales priorities. In addition, I have recently accepted the position of EMEA Theater Lead for the Global Presales Women in Action ERG which will launch shortly. In this role, I will:* Develop a cross-Presales community focused on fostering the acquisition, development and retention of female technical talent.* Focus on identifying and planning the programs that will be most impactful for the EMEA Presales audience.* Partner closely with leads for Women in Action and other ERGs across EMEA to share best practices and jointly support initiatives. Show less In previous roles at Dell I have: • Led communication initiatives for the Customer Solution Center and Demo Center programs.• Managed CSC events including center launch events and CSC presence at DellWorld, our flagship customer event and internal events including FRS and TRS). • Developed the Channel Partner Program for Demo Center to enable partner training and enablement.• Launched the global Customer Reference program and worked with global stakeholders to grow the program.• Designed a self-service Customer Reference tool and built a database of reference customers. • Partnered with IT to develop a Customer Engagement intake tool within Salesforce.com• Negotiated the creation of a “Pilot Order” process from the Lodz factory to support customer POCs at the Limerick CSC• Acted as Personal Assistant for the VP for EMEA Tech Support, supporting extensive travel planning and event co-ordination.
