  During my tenure as a Software Engineer/BA with Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd from July 2019 to January 2020, I completed a pivotal 6-month Company-Led Training Programme in collaboration with IMDA. This experience was instrumental in significantly enhancing my programming skills and aligning my knowledge with the latest industry standards.I gained expertise in a diverse array of key technological and methodological areas. My journey into Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Agile methodologies, Microservices architecture, and Extreme Programming (XP) was enriching. I also honed my skills in UNIX, UI/UX design principles, ReactJS, Material UI, and delved into the intricacies of User Acceptance Testing and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework.My role involved active participation across the full software development lifecycle, from the initial planning and analysis stages through to design, implementation, testing, and integration.   As an Associate Software Engineer at NCS Pte Ltd since October 2020, my role has been instrumental in steering complex projects such as the Central Provident Fund (CPF) and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) towards success. This position has afforded me the opportunity to take a more pronounced leadership stance, particularly in the critical areas of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). My commitment to Agile methodologies has not only enhanced our team's adaptability to client needs but also ensured the timely progression of our projects.In this capacity, my collaboration with the Java technical team has deepened, allowing us to jointly tackle and resolve PreSIT/SIT testing issues efficiently. This synergy has been pivotal in preparing the necessary data and streamlining the testing processes, thereby significantly improving our project's efficiency and effectiveness. My responsibilities have also expanded to include the meticulous management of user access rights and the facilitation of new user creation.
