I was part of a US based team and we worked closely together with the product development team to launch and grow Replication Server. I started as a first line support engineer and I was responsible for a set of customers like the belastingdienst, SEP, IFF and Gasunie. Later on I moved to second line support and handled the more complex escalated support situations around connectivity products (gateways, open client, open server and replication server).
