  My primary responsibilities were:- leadership and management of Content Delivery, Monitoring and Performance Analysis with all Social Media Platforms for Brave Frontier Global (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) in coordination with our Operations team and relevant stakeholders;- monitoring, analyzing and escalating key issues for the community and the brand on Reddit, Wikia, Facebook Groups and similar fanhubs to relevant stakeholders (such as organic keyword capture, community temperature and hot-button issues);- enabling linkages and partnership development with potential influencers, personalities, and key audience members through outreach programs such as the BF Content Creator Program (Youtube/Deviantart) and similar programs for fan sites (Reddit / Wikia ), as well as relationships with informally organized high-impact player groups (such as the Brave Nexus, a group of guild masters representing high-profile players in the community;- discussing weekly and monthly campaign strategies and audience feedback for both organic and paid brand development, enrichment and retention; and- managing a team in order to effectively engage with our audience via our brand pages on a personal level in real time.
