  The project involved the utilization of Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) technology for the design and production of aerospace components. Software tools such as Materialise Magics and PSW EOSINT were employed for efficient design and production processes. Job quotations were generated to explore the possibility of producing components using Electron Beam Melting (EBM) or DMLS methods.Additionally, various tasks were undertaken, including sample preparation using cutting, mounting, grinding, and polishing machines. Chemical analysis of the samples was performed using X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry to investigate nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen concentrations, which were assessed using a LECO analyzer.Throughout the project, close monitoring of the EBM production process and powder production through Gas Atomization was conducted to ensure quality control and process optimization. This comprehensive approach significantly contributed to the advancement and refinement of aerospace component manufacturing using DMLS technology. Show less
