Ltd. was a 100% owned subsidiary (EOU) of SANYO Semiconductor Japan, setup as a chip design centre for consumer electronic products involved in VLSI design & embedded software development. While the VLSI groups worked on cutting-edge technologies like Flash Memory, Macro cell & DSP Hardware design, the embedded software groups were involved in developing DSP software and telecom software. I was an integral member of the leadership team for the offshore development center, providing proactive and value-added HR solutions to help improve the overall organizational capability and effectiveness.
