  Practice an eclectic counselling approach as Integrative Counsellor, leaning more towards Internal Family Systems Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.• Provide individual counselling for a broad range of clients, including relationship and boundaries counselling, couple counselling, trauma care, addiction counselling, grief and depression counselling.• Intervened in crisis situations to rescue children from sexually abusive environments - teamed with child helpline, child welfare committee, police, lawyers, medical practitioners and NGO's providing safe homestay.• Built a counselling program for Chennai Corporation Schools: The Better Human Project. The counselling services are both one on one, group sessions for students, teachers and parents keeping in mind a one-on-one counselling for children benefits only when the adults surrounding them are involved and invested in them.• Mentored rescued bonded labour adolescents to integrate them into a city college, and mentored school dropouts taking short skill-based courses.• Contract Counsellor for Biblical Counselling Trust of India, Delhi since April 2022.• Part of the advisory council for three organizations: Uplift Child Trust, YAP (You are Precious), and Street Lights.• Services provided: IJM, Chennai; MAFOI Academy, Avadi; YWCA Community College, Egmore; St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai; Madras School of Social Work, Chennai; Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Park Town.
