  a) Proposal and Protocol Development: Providing input to my supervisors on developing proposals and protocols, and draft sections of protocols related to research tools.b) Project Implementation: Planning for fieldwork, preparing guidelines for conducting the research and validate with respected supervisors; conduct training for newly-appointedresearch officers on research methods; data collection; data management; participating actively in monitoring and evaluation of the services provided by the partner organizations, submit findings and discuss the way out with project investigator, immediate supervisor and members of partner organization to improve the legal and health services for women and girls; analyzing data and prepared preliminary analysis in order to capture data and information for analysis; developing case stories for dissemination and policy advocacy.c) Data Analysis, Report Writing and Knowledge Creation: Review information and obtained data, data coding and compiling (using Atlas.ti), and develop possible manuscript ideas in association with supervisors; perform data analysis based on direction from the project investigator; create a report with findings and share with supervisors; revise analysis based on guidance from the project investigator and discussions with other team members; write sections of the manuscript under advice of the project investigator; assist in draft policy and research briefs, concept papers; assist in writing & submitting of abstracts for international conference/workshop; upload research reports/articles d) Mentoring and Training: Mentoring newly-appointed research officers on completion of tasks, activities, reports and documents; provide feedback to supervise of their performance in order to spread knowledge and develop team members.
