  Leading the delivery of project management services to ACT Health, key functional responsibilities included leading the development of Design Services Contracts and GC21 Construction contracts for delivering health projects in the ACT. These actions improved project readiness and equitable risk sharing between government and industry partners for better health infrastructure project outcomes for the ACT. Furthermore, I championed professional growth by guiding team members towards independent certification in project management (Australian Institute of Project Management) and mentoring team members from junior positions to senior roles across the ACT Government Directorates.   Developing an in-house capital works project delivery team, I delivered key capital works projects on time and budget, significantly improving reliability and public confidence. This included delivering the $205m University of Canberra Hospital, $46m Dhulwa Mental Health Facility, $24m Emergency Department Expansion and $8m Ngunnawal Bush Healing Farm project.   Managing a broad array of non-clinical support services, capital project delivery and facilities management, I have shaped organisational vision, values and strategic plans to maintain a safe environment for all users of CHS facilities. This has included directing the Strategic Asset Management Plans for all ~50 CHS facilities, ensuring effective maintenance of the CHS property portfolio. Additionally, I have spearheaded delivery of key projects including a $100m building services upgrade on a tertiary hospital campus without unplanned disruption to 24/7 clinical services and served as CHS Infrastructure Lead for the redevelopment of the Canberra Hospital Campus and community health facilities across the ACT.
