Defined SIS' role and value by identifying its vision, mission and business model in an inclusive manner with the SIS team. ● Delivered project methods and communication protocols by integrating Project Management Institute standards using waterfall and agile practices and business analysis services to support the Software Development Life Cycle.● Created a technology operations management support model for Enrollment Services, Student Affairs, External Education and International Programs to service on-going system requirements, training and process improvements.● Enhanced Student Information Systems and implemented CRMs for CSU Wide Graduation Initiative.● Led projects to replace outdated CRM, Marketing and Portal Technologies with Salesforce products.● Formed structured, and effective project management program while utilizing cost-effective iCloud solutions.● Established and executed training program and documentation system for new Business Analysts.
