  • Implemented and managed a core project that increased the self-service interaction between the customers and the bank. The project covered all the 400 retail agencies of the Bank in Portugal.• Main tasks: budget preparation; project scheduling; resources allocation; preparation of training manuals to assist the retail agencies teams; development of an automated system in VBA that daily collected and compiled data of the transactional activity of each retail agency, which allowed a close monitoring of the project KPIs and saving time to perform an extend program of visits to the teams in the field to provide guidance and receive feedback; preparation of the final report.• Other responsibilities: Analysis of the Bank’s performance in each region of the country in order to prioritize the allocation of resources, provide support to other projects by developing data management systems using VBA and Excel, analysis of transactional activity of the Bank to support the regional managers.
