About me

In my current role, my responsibilites are to assess different kinds of visa categories be it business traveller,skilled workers,tourists,spouse and students, can easily handle visa case load of any country have great knowledge in drafting grants and refusals, have complete knowledge of visa processing cycle and can easily train people on visa related matters, have knowledge about country rules and regulation which is essential to meet a requirement for sending skilled worker to any country. Also worked with VFS global and and their my responsibiltes were to brief applicant agents,corporates about recent changes in visa and explaining them about visa conditions to help them comply, train call center staff and was involved in audit of visa applications handeled by front office staff and email and calls handeled by call center staff, have expertise in preparing monthly and weekly dashboards, can make process manuals and SOP'S.
