I worked closely with the company Directors to develop and execute strategic and operational business plans. I was responsible for all departments within the Company including administration, engineering, sales and workshop.Work performed included: - Performed the design of heat transfer systems and the development of proposals for potential clients.- Training and supervision of graduate engineers in heat transfer theory, thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers and heat transfer systems. - Led the design and implementation of a hydrostatic pressure testing process accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities. - Represented Allied Heat Transfer on a business trip to China to develop relationships with existing and potential suppliers. - Responsible for the successful design, sales, project management and commissioning of an innovative $1.4 million heat transfer system that allows maintenance with zero downtime.
