Currently, I am managing (1) Capital projects in Construction, and (1) smaller Project in construction and a Steam to HW Conversion Study. with a total budget of $16M. Serve as the Regional Mechanical SME and AHJ for GSA. Design review, cost estimating, project management, Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI). Key member of Regional Sustainability Team and active participant on the Portfolio Asset Business Team.
