      Broadly my research interests are in understanding the molecular basis of skeletal muscle adaptations (or maladaptations) to physical activity (or inactivity) and nutrition. More specifically I am interested in the role of kinase-phosphorylation cascades in the adaptive responses to various modes of exercise.
