  EN: Selected to represent Paraguay in the U.S. State Department Flagship Program for Young entrepreneurs that brings together 280 of the best and brightest emerging entrepreneurs and business leaders from across the world’s western hemisphere. The program included online training on leadership and entrepreneurship between the months of October 2023 and February 2024; training to prepare and present a Solution Pitch between October 2023 and March 2024; a Welcome forum in Houston, Texas, USA, in March 2024; a business exchange experience collaborating with an organization and living in Miami, Florida, USA, between March and April 2024 and a closing forum in Washington D.C., USA in April 2024. After successfully completing the program I became a YLAI Alumni, U.S. Exchange Alumni and U.S. State Alumni.ES: Seleccionado para representar a Paraguay en el Programa Insignia del Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos para Jóvenes Emprendedores, que reúne a 280 de los mejores y más brillantes emprendedores y líderes empresariales emergentes de todo el hemisferio occidental.   Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Visiting Fellow

  During four full weeks, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Venture Café Miami Team, working directly with their Director and Program Experience Coordinator. Venture Café Miami is part of the Venture Café Global Institute, a Global Network based in more than 10 cities around North America, Europe and Asia and aims to boost the innovation ecosystem of cities, connecting start-ups and entrepreneurs with investors, the government, universities, and other organizations, through events called "Thursday Gatherings" that take place on Thursdays in all their sites around the world.Venture Café Miami is a vital player in Miami's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, supporting the city to become the new innovation hub in the United States and one of the greatest references in entrepreneurship and innovation globally.In my time collaborating with Venture Café I was able to support the organization of their signature event: the Thursday Gathering, in particular, working behind the scenes and setting up the British Innovation Night held in March, and in planning subsequent editions of this event, participating in meetings and making recommendations. My main mission was to support, collaborate and advise in the development of a marketing inventory so that Venture Café Miami could market new sponsorship formats, taking advantage of the their reach potential to its large community by companies and organizations that seek to reach this audience through the communication channels of Venture Café Miami.
