  In this capacity I was responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing company quality standards such as GMP's and SOP's for all aspects of food process, food safety, raw materials, finished food and customer specifications. I was in charge of the routine testing and laboratory analysis of the food product. I managed all HOLDS and product, material disposition in compliance with Food Safety and Finance requirements.I was also responsible to coach and train employees on GMPs, as well as, directing, supporting the departmental employees I was responsible for.   As a technician my main job was to troubleshoot and repair industry related products such as truck scales, a multitude of indicators, printers, remote displays, platform scales, checkweighers, bench scales, counting scales and precision balances without assistance. As well as, calibrations and preventative maintenance duties on various products as mentioned. I was trained in on the Tools and i Rev platforms for scale programming. In this position I also obtained my CDL class B and was the main technician responsible for servicing heavy capacity scales. I also coordinated business information to customers, sales associates. Last year I was the number 1 technician on the west coast (Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Arizona) for finding leads to generate new business. Show less
