      As the Maintenance Planning Manager, oversaw planning for BC Hydro’s Bridge River Generation region. The area consists of 4 generating stations (10 units) and 3 dams over a 100 km area.• Developed Multiyear Schedule of Maintenance & Project Work: Lead the development and upkeep of a multiyear schedule of all maintenance overhauls and project upgrades in the area. As new requests, requirements or constraints were identified, facilitated discussions between site engineers, operations staff and the construction management team to accommodate the work.• Project Identification & Execution: Maintained an inventory of prospective projects with a summary of their scope, cost, schedule and risk. During the annual budgeting process, worked with colleagues to prioritize the work, secure funding, initiate the projects, monitor progress and coordinated external resources as required.• Analytics: Assisted the Area Manager with the development of the fiscal scorecard targets and monthly reporting.• Supervisor: As head of the Planning Department, supervised the Area Scheduler and Field Storekeeper.• Trade Coordination & Meeting Facilitation: Chaired the weekly Project / Maintenance Coordination Meeting, pre-outage overhaul planning meetings and post-overhaul lessons learned meetings. Results were condensed into summary reports for senior management. • Stakeholder Engagement: Provided project briefings to the management teams and Crew Leads at every generating station and to fifteen departments / divisions within Generation. • Focus Group Facilitation: Facilitated focus group discussions with subject matter experts on the development and refinement of the B2B criteria, including technical implications of the measures and how to verify success.
