      As Head of Operations my job is to make sure that the company is performing to the best of its ability. This is through making sure that the company is sticking to the processes that we created meeting our KPI’s and streamlining the company’s operations. Also, within this position my job has been to deal with numerous amounts of problems and make sure that these have been rectified. I also liaise with our offshore team daily to make sure that they are completing any necessary work and that they have all the tools to do their job. I also oversee the creation of budgets and sign off on any expenses. The biggest attribute that I have is being efficient in my job as there is a huge workload, I make sure that I am able to prioritise the right tasks and they are done properly and in a timely manner. Within 2 months I have managed to attain over 40 new business accounts and become a top-performing consultant at Supermeal. While my role is to persuade takeaway owners to sign up to Supermeals website or purchase a personal branded app from us where they will be advertised to the public and gain more revenue by maximising their potential customers. My responsibility was also to manage these new accounts, building a good rapport with restaurant owners and maintaining a professional and supportive business relationship.
