  From minute one in the office as a manager, I set my goal to reform my department, processes, and my team to get them ready for any upcoming challenges; hours spent in training, development, renovating, and development which was proven to be worth the effort, And the following is a glimpse of our major milestones in addition to our day to day responsibilities1- Successfully participated in increasing the total sales revenue 25% in my first year as sales manager vs. previous year, which was increased to 35% in my second year; (in 2019 we achieved the highest revenue and profit score in the past 11 years).2- Created a new system for preparing sales revenue budget, which successfully improved the accuracy of the forecasted figures from 23% mistake margin to only 7% in the first year.3- Created several automated systems and interdepartmental platforms which were widely used to facilitate operational processes, and some of which were exported to other units.4- Designing and creating all the SOPs related to Sales & service department processes.5- Supported Operations and productions departments in designing several of their SOPs and internal processes.6- Creating completely new catering galley loading plans and galley diagrams for the entire fleet of EgyptAir. Show less Key responsibilities and contributions:-- Managing EgyptAir account, including supervising all the related financial and operational activities to the customer.- Initiated a new project to create a standardized reporting tool –MS Excel based- to summarize all the received reports/complaints from the customers and to provide statistical reports based on the input. The tool after completion became the officially used tool in our company for this purpose, and due to its efficiency and accuracy, this tool requested by two other LSG Sky Chefs units to replace the systems they have in place.- created Standardized automated tool –MS Excel based- to create menu specifications, the tool supports 6 Passengers’ classes and has several features designed to create the menu specifications eventually matches the requirements of LSG Sky Chefs quality manual with the minimum input possible, the tool was admitted as the official tool to be used replacing the old system in place “SAMMY”. Show less Key responsibilities and contributions:-- Supporting EgyptAir Key Account manager in managing the account until taking over the account management by the end of 2010- Initiated a new project to create completely new galley diagrams for entire fleet of EgyptAir, the whole project was done successfully within 6 months after creating complete new Galley Diagrams for all Egypt Air Fleet (10 different Aircraft Types).- Designed on behalf of Egypt Air Airlines Research and Development team the stowing plan and packing list of beverages, dry stock and service equipment, and did adjustments in meals stowing plan of the new aircraft type Airbus 330-300.- Assigned to take over by the CEO and General Manager a project to contain Egypt Air equipment shortage and exchange problem, and the new equipment washing and production plan I suggested along with the supporting forms helped our company to overcome the situation.- Created automated checking tool –MS Excel Based- on the prepared flights “Flight’s Assessment Tool”, which was designed to receive the checking findings and provides eventually result in score and percentage. After presenting the new tool to the top Management, they decided to put it in effect in September 2012 as continues monitoring and improvement tool. Show less - Supported the company in the transitional period of transferring EgyptAir flights from old catering (EgyptAir in-flight service) to be catered by LSG Sky Chefs Egypt with the following:-* Getting familiar with EgyptAir standards, concept and requirements.* Collecting all the related operational documents.* Putting all the information in to a proper format and transferring it to our transportation and production team. - Planned and executed a project to standardize Egypt Air Flights’ Beverage, Dry stock and service Equipment packing aiming to standardize and adjust the packing process and quantities for all flights and different Aircraft Types; project ended successfully by April 2010.- In March 2010 supported Egypt Air Airlines Research and Development team in the start-up of the new aircraft type for EgyptAir Boeing 777-300; in regards of catering stowing plan and standard packing of beverages and dry stock.
