  Key Responsibilities1.Ensure quality of product implementing guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).2.To manage and conduct quality assurance activities by planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling and assigning activities.3.To prepare and update all master file of the company.4.To ensure the environmental protection at plant so as to meet environmental regulatory and Organization’s requirements.5.Responsible for production and quality control operations are clearly specified in a written form and GMP requirements are adopted.6.Responsible for compliance with technical or regulatory requirements related to the quality of finished products and approval of the release of the finished products for sale.7.Responsible for implementation (when needed, establishment) of the quality system, participation in the development of the company’s quality manual, supervision of the regular internal audits or self-inspections, oversight of the quality control department, participation in external audit (vendor audit), participation in validation programmes.8.Develop new formulations as per laid down procedures and accord shelf-life of product.9.To manage and conduct all product development activities of Delta Pharma Limited by planning, organizing , coordinating, scheduling, and assigning activities to personnel following documented procedures, SOP, product development protocols and regulatory requirements in order to meet market demand.10.Responsible for developing system for approving changes that may have impact on product quality.11.To organize, co ordinate, supervise, prepare and check the overall export documentation in time.12.Give the input (suggestion) to prepare of new production area and purchase of new machinery for new products.
