  Reporting to the Global Information Technology Manager, this role provides leadership and direction to the ANZ infrastructure and support teams as well as responsibility for IT service desk processes globally. It is responsible for providing technology services within the region including technical architecture, infrastructure, security, operations & user support to meet Nufarm’s business requirements in the ANZ region. This role provided leadership to the Australia and New Zealand infrastructure and support teams (8 full time staff plus various contractors). It was accountable for management and support of the network, server and messaging infrastructure in the ANZ region. The role was also responsible for all IT service desk support and for the delivery of key IT infrastructure projects. Promoted to a position providing leadership to the IT infrastructure team as well as responsibility for the IT support function. Responsible for setting and delivering team objectives, including building development plans for all team members. Promoted to take full responsibility of all Servers, Network and Storage infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Australian IT Manager and responsible for the day to day operation, security and resiliency of all IT systems. Provided service desk support to all Nufarm staff within the ANZ region. Focused on delivering a high level of customer focused desktop support.
