  Responsible for supporting the Carlisle Site to prepare for exit from the GSK Network. As the Tech Exit Project Manager, I provided a detailed application and infrastructure plan enabling the site to maintain production while phasing out applications without impact to the production requirements. Collaborating with above site members of the Joint Venture team, we reacted to complications, critical timelines, and sudden changes successfully and transparently with Carlisle Site Exit PM and the Site Leadership Team on how it could be achieved. We delivered ahead of plan and successfully exited all of the Tech TSAs thereby avoiding a $1M charge for any extended usage of Tech services. We collected, wiped, certified all of the Pfizer laptops and moved the logically decommissioning of the infrastructure up two months earlier than planned. In addition, we completed the Site Exit Audit with zero findings. All of this was accomplished without the need to obtain additional Tech resources allowing the funding to be spent in other areas as required by the Site. This success is a tribute to the Site team as they embraced the challenge to produce product while following our lead to close down Pfizer Tech services in order to enable the closure of the facility. Show less While supporting the implementation of Supply Chain projects in North America, such as Predictive Learning for Forecasting, I am also the Regional Data Readiness Lead for Americas supporting the roll out of SAP across our Manufacturing sites in the US and Latin America. We successfully implemented two sites in 2018 and beginning the data journey for another site in 2019.Last assignment, I was responsible for moving an acquired site in PR out of Novartis Systems and onto GSK Systems as part of a joint venture which generated $5 Million savings. I delivered 15 projects total with 3 major projects BPCS, JDE, and CMMS delivered ahead of schedule. During that time, I also provided Program Management to the SAP implementation for the North America Consumer Supply Chain business. Overall, offer general consulting services to the Supply Chain and Finance business areas. Responsible for IT Strategy Deployment for End to End Supply Chain in our Consumer business across North America, this includes four manufacturing facilities and three distribution centers. Working closely with the business to identify opportunities, recommending business and system solutions, performing cost/benefit analysis and defining requirements, coordinating the prioritization of business/system solutions within the business area, participating in the prioritization of business/system solutions across all department functional groups, developing/maintaining strong partnership with business area, and maintaining constant communication with key stakeholders in the business area.
