I experienced approving various discretionary projects, and processed variance and environmental assessment applications.       2nd Place at the 2018 NAHB Student Competition National Association of Home Builders Jan 2018 Me and my team representing California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo won Second Place at the 2018 NAHB Student Competition. The annual NAHB Student Competition is one of the highlights of the International Builder's Show. The competition gives students the opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom to a real construction company by completing a management project/proposal.
