  Yoga has been my life for the last 12 years. In 2015 I accomplished a 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training course in London with Ryan Spielman, to begin teaching and do what I love. I started ballet at the age of five and continued professionally till I was 18, after which I obtained an undergraduate degree in International Business with finance and Russian and French languages at the European Business School, London. On completion of my degree, I worked in private banking for a few years before returning to school to gain a Master’s degree in International Political Economy in King's College, London. After completing my studies I felt the need to travel and explore the world and subsequently decided to volunteer in Zanzibar. It was on the beaches of Jambiani, witnessing the smiles on children’s faces as I taught them yoga every morning that I realised I wanted to spend my life introducing others to joys and benefits of Yoga.
