  Head the innovative Living Knowledge Network (LKN) programme and team. This is a UK wide (and increasingly global) programme which brings together arts organisations and libraries to develop impactful projects in libraries to diverse audiences.Key achievements:– developed LKN strategy leading to high impact progammes and over 1 million engagements annually– over £5.5million fundraised since 2016 (ranging from private donors to trusts and foundations)– led strategic projects and programmes with external partners to diversify audiences. Partnerships include Poet in the City, BBC, Hay Literature Festival, and local authorities– able to articulate impact and communicate articulately to a diverse range of audiences– developed successful business model and introduced memberships fees to secure financial sustainability– manage exceptionally high performing team and motivated team of five (currently expanding)– able to embrace change and bring others with me to achieve ambitions, introducing new governance structures at the British Library and within the library sector.- actively involved in creating forums for discussion and action regarding environmental issues through LKN.   The Henry Moore Foundation was founded by the artist and his family in 1977 to encourage public appreciation of the visual arts. Today we support innovative sculpture projects, devise an imaginative programme of exhibitions and research worldwide, and preserve the legacy of Moore himself: one of the great sculptors of the 20th century, who did so much to bring the art form to a wider audience.
