Hired, onboarded and continuously coach a team of three leaders to facilitate pod sprints across all lines of businesses within each NACO pillar (Canadian Banking, US Banking, TD Insurance, Wealth and Customer Assistance). Within 10 months, the team enhanced 53 procedures, saving an average of ~46s on respective calls, driving estimated capacity savings of ~$2.5MM. Built and presented a SVP proposal to scale the program to a four-pod model with dedicated delivery support, alignment received to secure an additional 4 FTE in a resource constrained environment enabling the program to increase output by 100%. The Following individuals (Blerina, Adrien, Joshua, Taryn, Tyler, Christian, Conrad, Jirah, Stephanie and Calvin) have shown an exceptional work ethic, commitment and input since the beginning of the 2020 pandemic. In a very demanding environment that is 100% remote, they have not only been able to perform their daily duties without any disruption but, they’ve also been able to cross train each other, work additional hours and keep a positive attitude. These individuals have been working with multiple teams and locations (Quincy,Boston,Toronto,Poland and HCL) closely to ensure our quarterly workbook clean-up was performed in a way that our clients daily deliverables were not impacted. They overcame adversity when virtual onboarding faced some technological challenges. They utilized any given tool available- phone calls, webex meetings, web messenger chats – to ensure the support for the new and existing team members were provided.
