  Projects Overview:TrueView is a suite of applications that assist in brand protection, consumer experience and hospitality standards management.Cargo Process Refinement (CPR) a customized SalesForce implementation to automate the existing processes and unify units working in silos on an integrated platform for enhanced visibility and performance.• Elicited requirement for security model redesign using role and permission matrices and tested the design achieving 95% test coverage and 90% customer satisfaction in seven weeks• Created use cases to present new features to educate the client-team about the features’ usage, which reduced support tickets and dependency on the technical team, thereby leading to a reduction in feature spillover• Initiated and created training manuals and videos, cutting down three weeks from the onboarding time• Led the testing efforts for an extension application of TrueView and the project CPR and played a vital role in improving the overall product quality by at least 70% through regular E2E, regression, exploratory and Ad Hoc testing• Developed risk mitigation plans and product health reports based on the feature and bug impact analysis results which reduced defect propagation to downstream systems by 60% while drawing the product owner’s attention to the need of enhancing the quality of the existing features• Proactively tested the dataflow from upstream to downstream systems while the UI components were being developed, leading to investing the saved time in performing regression testing, thereby improving the product reliability index• Performed API testing using Postman and automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver• Performed Database and ETL testing Show less
